2022 Winter Basketball Learn and Play Ages 5-6 Thursdays 5:15pm

No class on Thursday February 24, 2022

If there is inclement weather classes may be cancelled. We will make up classes once 2 or more have been cancelled during the season

Class Description:

Viking’s youth basketball clinics a great introduction the game. Our coaches have crafted age based curriculums  to ensure each child gets the right dose of age appropriate skill development and fun. During a typical season we introduce players to the basic skills of dribbling, passing and shooting during the first half of the class, followed by a fun scrimmage during the second half; age adjusted rules and lower hoops are used as necessary. We want kids excited to come back week after weeks, so we strongly emphasis fun and learning. Ages 5-6. Participants should wear sneakers and gym clothes to class. All students should bring a waterbottle.

COVID-19 protocols: All participants, parents, spectators and coaches are required to wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status. Please provide a clean well fitting mask for your child for each session. Masks can be removed for water breaks only- participants will be spaced apart. Do not have your child attend class if they or anyone in their household has symptoms of a respitory infection or if anyone has been exposed to COVID 19.
