2023-2024 Preschool Registration NEW families

Hello Potential DCH Preschool Families,

We are accepting applications for children ages 15 months-5 years old by the start of the school year on August 28, 2023.

We are excited that you are interested in joining us for the 2023-2024 school year!

Please fill out this enrollment form for school year 2023/2024. Registrations are taken on a first come first served basis. We recommend filling out your registration as soon as possible. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for each child you are registering. We will be notifying families on a rolling basis as we begin to fill classrooms.

Our operating hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, with several schedule options to choose from. They include 5 full days, 3 full days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), 2 full days (Tuesday/Thursday) or part day options of 5 half days, 3 half days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), 2 half days (Tuesday/Thursday).
